• Eligibility: You may return any undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, and accessories intact. Crystals and jewelry should show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
• Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@sacredstonesanctuary.com or through our website’s contact form. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label if the item was received damaged, or we will provide instructions for returning the product otherwise.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving the return, subject to availability.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
