Shipping policy

Shipping rates
Orders under $35 ship for a flat $3.99. Orders of $35 or more ship free. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Processing time
Every order is packed by hand. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery time
We ship from Pennsylvania via USPS. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. We ship to PO boxes.

Order changes and address corrections
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, email us at customerservice@sacredstonesanctuary.com as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before the order ships; once a package is with the carrier we’re unable to redirect it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at customerservice@sacredstonesanctuary.com with your order number (and photos, for damage). We’ll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund — you won’t be left holding the loss for a shipping problem.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to open international shipping in the future.
