Shipping policy

Orders ship from the U.S. within 1–3 business days. Shipping is a flat $3.99 on orders under $35, and free on orders over $35. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We source directly from small, ethical mines we’ve worked with for decades: amethyst from Uruguay, rose quartz from Madagascar, fluorite from Mexico, selenite from Morocco, and our tumbled stones from Brazil, Madagascar, and Mexico. Every stone is hand-selected — never factory lots.

Keep selenite dry — it cleanses itself and other stones. Amethyst prefers indirect light to protect its color. A monthly rinse (except selenite) and a rest on a windowsill under the full moon keeps everything clear.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Stones must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email customerservice@sacredstonesanctuary.com to start a return and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label; once we’ve received and inspected it, you’re refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If a stone arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.
